In a summer that has seen five ex-players already return to Whitehall Lane, our latest signing sees the return of Finlay Johnson from Merstham. Most often employed as a right sided attacking player but capable of playing anywhere across the front line he brings good options to Rob Kember`s side as the league campaign gets underway.

Finlay began at Stevenage before joining The Sparks initially in the 2022-23 season. His good form saw Cardiff City come in for him and there he remained for the following season. He returned briefly to us at the start of the 2024-25 season but moved to Merstham after a few months. Now aged 22 he will hopefully settle in and find the form he is undoubtedly capable of.
