The Sparks unbeaten home league record came to and end in dramatic circumstances with Littlehampton Town grabbing a 93rd minute winner.

Littlehampton had the perfect start taking the lead in the 2nd minute when a diagonal ball found George Gaskin whose looping header flew over Danny Bracken in the Park goal. Shamal Edwards cross was Met by Dontai Stewart whose flick went narrowly wide of the post. Bracken pushed a way a long range shot and Reagan Clarke-Salter deflected a shot behind for a corner. The visitors doubled their lead in the 26th minute when a diagonal ball found Marcell Powell who fired into the Park net. On the stroke of half time Edwards shot half stopped by Bily Collings in the Town goal and the ball was cleared of the line by a thankful defender.

The Sparks changed formation and made a substitution at the start of the second half and within a minute had pulled a goal back. Edwards breaking down the left crossed to Dontai Stewart at the back post to score. In the aftermath of the goal Park were reduced to 9 men as Hayden Gale and Dontai Stewart were both sent off yet the Littlehampton player who threw a punch remained on the pitch. Bracken saved a shot form the edge of the box. Despite their numerical disadvantage Park were still a threat on the counter attack. Edwards had a shot blocked. Littlehampton were reduced to ten men when Kyle O’Brien received a second yellow card. Littlehampton grabbed what turned out to be the winner in the 93rd minute when a ball across the six yard box was turned home by David Herbert. Jack Tuckers free kick from 22 yards flew narrowly over the bar
