Dan Moody took to the field at Leatherhead on Tuesday of last week for the 150th time in a South Park Reigate shirt, including a start as a goalkeeper on one occasion! He chips in with a few goals too, not least the screamer on opening day against Hayes & Yeading Utd last Saturday. 

“Moods” has always been some player but he seems to get better with age. Dan returned to Whitehall Lane, for a second spell, in the latter stages of last season and was integral to the turnaround in results that saw the “Sparks” climb to safety. His quality and composure in the centre of midfield enabling the team to be secure in possession. 

He has taken in a few teams along the way who he has represented with distinction namely Guildford City, Chipstead, Croydon, Harrow Borough and Raynes Park Vale. Everyone at South Park Reigate hopes to see Dan around for a while yet and we can celebrate him making his 200th appearance.
